Costumes, parade take over NuLu for 23rd annual HalLOUweenfest in Louisville
Louisville celebrated early Halloween with music vendors and costumes. The 23rd annual HalLOUweenfest and City Festival took place in Louisville's NuLu strip on East Market Street. The event, known as one of the 10 best Halloween parades in the country, was packed with vendors, costumes, and live performances. The festival, originally scheduled for Oct. 10, had to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. Festivalgoers said the weather was great for dressing up and celebrating.
